The Body

In order to become a good martial artist, a good life practitioner, the martial artist must understand the importance of life. This study is to understand how all life links and connects together to form our universe. This requires the martial artist to be a sincere and serious life practitioner. This requires the martial artist to be balanced both mentally and physically, which results to a good spirit.

 

A healthy body is a pillar for a healthy life. Physical health is based on moderation. Moderation is defined here as not too much, not too little. Physical health is maximized through good nutrition, a good living environment that includes undue stress and good exercise.
